A huge elephant is controlled by a goad, yet is the goad as big as the elephant? A lit lamp destroys darkness, yet is the lamp as large as the darkness? Mountains fall to a thunderbolt, yet is it mountain-sized? Whoever has inner fire is strong; size proves nothing.

What it means
Don't measure power by size, followers or loudness. A focused, determined person can move what seems immovable. If you feel small next to your challenge, remember the lamp and the darkness.

Spoken by Chanakya.
