Chanakya Niti 10.16 meaning

buddhir yasya balam tasya nirbuddhes tu kuto balam vane hastee madonmattah shashakena nipatitah

Whoever has intelligence has real strength; where is the strength of a fool? In the forest, a mighty elephant drunk on its own power was brought down by a little rabbit.

What it means
Size, money and muscle matter less than clear thinking. The smaller player with a smart plan often beats the arrogant giant. Never underestimate anyone, and never stop using your head.

Spoken by Chanakya.
