Chanakya Niti 1.3 meaning
tad aham sampravakshyami lokanam hitakamyaya
yena vijnatamatrena sarvajnatvam prapadyate
तदहं सम्प्रवक्ष्यामि लोकानां हितकाम्यया ।
येन विज्ञातमात्रेण सर्वज्ञात्वं प्रपद्यते ॥
So, wishing for the good of all people, I will explain that teaching which, once simply understood, gives a person an all-round understanding of life.

Good knowledge is meant to be shared, not hoarded. Chanakya teaches for everyone's benefit, reminding us that a few deep principles, properly understood, can guide us through countless situations in life.हिंदी में अर्थ
इसलिए सब लोगों की भलाई की इच्छा से मैं वह ज्ञान बताऊँगा, जिसे केवल समझ लेने से ही मनुष्य को जीवन की हर बात की समझ आ जाती है।
अच्छा ज्ञान बाँटने के लिए होता है, छिपाने के लिए नहीं। कुछ गहरे सिद्धांत अगर ठीक से समझ लिए जाएँ, तो वे जीवन की अनगिनत परिस्थितियों में राह दिखाते हैं।
