Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.4.19 meaning
manasa-iv-anudrashtavyam n-eha nanasti kinchana
mrityoh sa mrityum apnoti ya iha nan-eva pashyati
मनसैवानुद्रष्टव्यं नेह नानाऽस्ति किंचन ।
मृत्योः स मृत्युमाप्नोति य इह नानेव पश्यति ॥
It is to be seen with the mind alone: there is no real division here at all. Whoever sees only separateness here goes from death to death.

इसे मन से ही देखना है: यहाँ वास्तव में कोई भेद नहीं है। जो यहाँ केवल अलगाव देखता है, वह मृत्यु से मृत्यु की ओर जाता है।
सबको अलग और प्रतिद्वंद्वी देखना हमें चिंता और खोने के डर में रखता है। भीतर की एकता देखने से ऐसी शांति आती है जिसे छोटे नुकसान हिला नहीं पाते।
