Srimad Bhagavatam 7.9.43 meaning

n-aiv-odvije para duratyayavaitaranyas tvadveeryagayana-mahamritamagnachittah shoche tato vimukhachetasa indriyartha mayasukhaya bharam udvahato vimoodhan

O Supreme Lord, I am not afraid of the hard-to-cross river of suffering, for my mind is immersed in the nectar of singing your glories. I only grieve for the deluded who turn away from you and carry heavy burdens for the sake of illusory pleasures.

What it means
Prahlada, after facing terrible danger, feels no fear for himself, only compassion for others who suffer. A heart full of joy naturally turns outward in concern for the world.

Spoken by Prahlada.
