Srimad Bhagavatam 6.2.35 meaning
soham tatha yatishyami yatachittendriyanilah
yatha na bhooya atmanam andhe tamasi majjaye
सोऽहं तथा यतिष्यामि यतचित्तेन्द्रियानिलः।
यथा न भूय आत्मानमन्धे तमसि मज्जये॥
So now I will strive, controlling my mind, senses and breath, so that I never again drown myself in blind darkness.
