Srimad Bhagavatam 5.5.9 meaning
yada manohridayagranthir asya karmanubaddho dridha ashlatheta
tada janah samparivartatesman muktah param yaty atihaya hetum
यदा मनोहृदयग्रन्थिरस्य कर्मानुबद्धो दृढ आश्लथेत।
तदा जनः सम्परिवर्ततेऽस्मान्मुक्तः परं यात्यतिहाय हेतुम्॥
When the strong knot in the heart, tied by past deeds, finally loosens, a person turns away from this cycle. Free, they let go of its cause and reach the highest state.

जब कर्मों से बँधी हृदय की मज़बूत गाँठ ढीली पड़ जाती है, तब मनुष्य इस चक्र से मुड़ जाता है। मुक्त होकर वह इसके कारण को छोड़ देता है और परम पद पाता है।
हमारे ज़्यादातर संघर्ष भीतर की एक गाँठ से आते हैं: मैं, मेरा, और ज़्यादा। जब यह गाँठ थोड़ी भी ढीली होती है, जीवन हल्का लगने लगता है और पुराने डर ढीले पड़ जाते हैं।
