Srimad Bhagavatam 5.12.13 meaning
yatr-ottamashloka-gunanuvadah prastooyate gramyakathavighatah
nishevyamanonudinam mumukshor matim sateem yachchati vasudeve
यत्रोत्तमश्लोकगुणानुवादः प्रस्तूयते ग्राम्यकथाविघातः।
निषेव्यमाणोऽनुदिनं मुमुक्षोर्मतिं सतीं यच्छति वासुदेवे॥
Where the virtues of the Lord are discussed and idle worldly gossip is pushed aside, a seeker who listens to this every day finds the mind steadily turning toward Vasudeva.

जहाँ भगवान के गुणों की चर्चा होती है और व्यर्थ की दुनियादारी की बातें दूर रहती हैं, वहाँ रोज़ सुनने वाले साधक का मन धीरे-धीरे वासुदेव की ओर मुड़ने लगता है।
हम जो सुनते हैं, वही हमें बनाता है। रोज़ थोड़ी गपशप या बेवजह स्क्रॉलिंग की जगह अच्छी बातें सुनने से मन का रंग धीरे-धीरे बदल जाता है।
