Sighing deeply, unable to see an end to her troubles, the young mother told her child: 'My son, do not wish harm on others. Whoever causes others pain suffers that pain himself.'
What it means
Suniti, humiliated herself, teaches her son not to hold grudges. Wishing harm on those who hurt us keeps us tied to them. Letting go protects your own heart.
Spoken by Suniti.
