Srimad Bhagavatam 4.31.14 meaning
yatha taror moolanishechanena tripyanti tatskandhabhuj-opashakhah
pranopaharach cha yath-endriyanam tath-aiva sarvarhanam achyut-ejya
Just as watering the root of a tree nourishes its trunk, branches and twigs, and just as feeding the life-breath nourishes all the senses, so worshipping the Lord honours all beings.
What it means
Focus on the root and the whole tree flourishes. When we connect with the source of all life, care for everyone flows naturally from it. Go to the root of things.
Spoken by Narada.
