salokyasarshtisameepya-saroopyaikatvam apy-uta
deeyamanam na grihnanti vina matsevanam janah
सालोक्यसार्ष्टिसामीप्यसारूप्यैकत्वमप्युत।
दीयमानं न गृह्णन्ति विना मत्सेवनं जनाः॥
My pure devotees will not accept even the highest rewards, such as living in my world, sharing my powers, being near me, having a form like mine, or merging into me, if it means not serving me.
What it means
When we truly love, the joy of giving matters more than any reward. Devotees would rather serve than receive. That spirit of service is a source of deep happiness.हिंदी में अर्थ
मेरे सच्चे भक्त मेरी सेवा के बिना मेरे लोक में रहना, मेरे जैसा ऐश्वर्य, मेरी निकटता, मेरे जैसा रूप, या मुझमें मिल जाना भी, ये सब दिए जाने पर भी स्वीकार नहीं करते।
जब हम सच में प्रेम करते हैं, तो देने की खुशी किसी भी इनाम से बड़ी होती है। भक्त पाने के बजाय सेवा करना चुनते हैं। सेवा का यह भाव गहरी खुशी देता है।
