manah srijati vai dehan gunan karmani ch-atmanah
tan manah srijate maya tato jeevasya sansritih
मनः सृजति वै देहान्गुणान्कर्माणि चात्मनः।
तन्मनः सृजते माया ततो जीवस्य संसृतिः॥
The mind creates the bodies, qualities and actions of the self. That mind is created by illusion, and from this comes the living being's cycle of birth and death.
