Srimad Bhagavatam 11.9.4 meaning

dvav eva chintaya muktau param-ananda aplutau yo vimugdho jado balo yo gunebhyah param gatah

Only two kinds of people are free from worry and immersed in bliss: the innocent child who knows nothing, and the one who has gone beyond the qualities of nature.

What it means
Children are carefree because they don't yet know to worry; sages are carefree because they have seen through worry. Most of us live in between; the way out is forward, toward wisdom.

Spoken by Avadhuta.
