na me manapamanau sto na chinta gehaputrinam
atmakreeda atmaratir vicharam-eeha balavat
न मे मानापमानौ स्तो न चिन्ता गेहपुत्रिणाम्।
आत्मक्रीड आत्मरतिर्विचरामीह बालवत्॥
Honour and insult mean nothing to me, and I have none of the worries of people with homes and children. I play in the self, delight in the self, and wander here like a child.

मान और अपमान मेरे लिए कुछ नहीं, और मुझे घर-बच्चों वालों जैसी कोई चिंता नहीं। मैं आत्मा में खेलता हूँ, आत्मा में आनंद लेता हूँ और यहाँ बालक की तरह घूमता हूँ।
हमारा बहुत सा तनाव इस चिंता से आता है कि दूसरे हमारे बारे में क्या सोचते हैं। जिसका आनंद भीतर से आता है, वह खेलते बच्चे जैसा मुक्त और हल्का होता है।
