Srimad Bhagavatam 11.9.13 meaning

tad aivam atmany avaruddhachitto na veda kinchid bahir antaram va yath-eshukaro nripatim vrajantam ishau gatatma na dadarsha parshve

With the mind held fully in the self, one no longer notices anything outside or inside, just like the arrow-maker who was so absorbed in his arrow that he did not see the king passing right beside him.

What it means
The arrow-maker teaches total focus. When you give yourself fully to one task, distractions fade, time seems to disappear, and the work itself becomes a kind of meditation.

Spoken by Avadhuta.
