Srimad Bhagavatam 11.14.24 meaning
vag gadgada dravate yasya chittam rudaty abheekshnam hasati kvachich cha
vilajja udgayati nrityate cha madbhaktiyukto bhuvanam punati
वाग्गद्गदा द्रवते यस्य चित्तं रुदत्यभीक्ष्णं हसति क्वचिच्च।
विलज्ज उद्गायति नृत्यते च मद्भक्तियुक्तो भुवनं पुनाति॥
One whose voice chokes with emotion, whose heart melts, who weeps again and again and sometimes laughs, who sings aloud and dances without shame, filled with devotion to me, purifies the whole world.
What it means

प्रेम से पूरी तरह खुला हृदय दूसरों को भी छू लेता है। जब कोई सच्ची भक्ति में गाता और रोता है, तो आसपास सबका मन ऊपर उठता है। महसूस करने से डरिए मत।
