Srimad Bhagavatam 11.11.8 meaning
dehasthopi na dehastho vidvan svapnad yath-otthitah
adehasthopi dehasthah kumatih svapnadrig yatha
A wise person, though living in the body, is not caught in it, like someone who has woken from a dream. A foolish person, though not truly the body, feels trapped in it, like someone still dreaming.
What it means
Once you wake up from a nightmare, it no longer frightens you, even though you remember it. Understanding who you truly are works the same way with the troubles of the body.
Spoken by Krishna.
