yasy-atma hinsyate hinsrair yena kinchid yadrichchaya
archyate va kvachit tatra na vyatikriyate budhah
If his body is attacked by cruel people or by some chance event, or if somewhere it is honoured, the wise person is not shaken by either.
What it means
Praise and harm both pass through life. A steady person doesn't swing wildly with each. This calm doesn't mean not caring; it means not being ruled by every turn of fortune.
Spoken by Krishna.
