Srimad Bhagavatam 11.11.15 meaning
na stuveeta na nindeta kurvatah sadhv-asadhu va
vadato gunadoshabhyam varjitah samadrin munih
न स्तुवीत न निन्देत कुर्वतः साध्वसाधु वा।
वदतो गुणदोषाभ्यां वर्जितः समदृङ्मुनिः॥
A sage who sees all equally, free from judging in terms of good and bad, neither praises nor blames those who act or speak well or badly.

सबको समान देखने वाला मुनि, अच्छे-बुरे के आधार पर आँकने से मुक्त होकर, अच्छा या बुरा करने या बोलने वालों की न प्रशंसा करता है, न निंदा।
दूसरों को लगातार आँकना हमारी ऊर्जा और शांति खा जाता है। प्रशंसा और निंदा से पीछे हटना हमें प्रतिक्रिया की बजाय स्पष्टता से जवाब देने देता है।
