kamair ahatadheer danto mriduh shuchir akinchanah aneeho mitabhuk shantah sthiro machcharano munih

His mind is not disturbed by desires; he is self-controlled, gentle, pure and owns nothing. He does not strive for gain, eats moderately, is peaceful and steady, takes refuge in me, and reflects deeply.

What it means
Gentleness, moderation and steadiness are quiet strengths. A person who doesn't need much and isn't pushed around by every desire has a rare and enviable freedom.

Spoken by Krishna.
