Srimad Bhagavatam 11.11.30 meaning
He is watchful, deep-hearted and steady, having mastered the six waves of hunger, thirst, grief, delusion, old age and death. He seeks no honour yet honours others; he is capable, friendly, compassionate and wise.

वह सावधान, गहरे स्वभाव वाला और धैर्यवान होता है, और भूख, प्यास, शोक, मोह, बुढ़ापा और मृत्यु, इन छह लहरों को जीत चुका होता है। वह खुद मान नहीं चाहता पर दूसरों को मान देता है; वह समर्थ, मैत्रीपूर्ण, करुणामय और ज्ञानी होता है।
एक सुंदर आदर्श: अपने लिए सम्मान न चाहना, पर दूसरों को खुलकर सम्मान देना। दया और धैर्य के साथ मिलकर यह इंसान को सबके लिए वरदान बना देता है।
