evam sandarshita hy-anga harina bhrityavashyata
svavashen-api krishnena yasy-edam seshvaram vashe
एवं सन्दर्शिता ह्यङ्ग हरिणा भृत्यवश्यता।
स्ववशेनापि कृष्णेन यस्येदं सेश्वरं वशे॥
In this way, dear King, Hari showed how he lets himself be controlled by those who serve him with love, though he himself is free and controls the entire universe, including its rulers.
What it means

हे राजन! इस प्रकार हरि ने दिखाया कि वे प्रेम से सेवा करने वालों के वश में हो जाते हैं, जबकि वे स्वयं स्वतंत्र हैं और उनके वश में ईश्वरों सहित सारा जगत है।
सारे जगत के स्वामी को माँ ओखल से बाँध देती हैं। दामोदर लीला बताती है कि प्रेम हर शक्ति से बड़ा है। जो सच्चे मन से प्रेम करते हैं, भगवान उनके सबसे पास होते हैं।
