Srimad Bhagavatam 10.9.21 meaning
nayam sukhapo bhagavan dehinam gopikasutah
jnaninam ch-atmabhootanam yatha bhaktimatam iha
नायं सुखापो भगवान्देहिनां गोपिकासुतः।
ज्ञानिनां चात्मभूतानां यथा भक्तिमतामिह॥
This Lord, the son of the cowherd woman, is not so easily reached by those who identify with the body, nor even by the wise who identify with the Self, as he is by those who love him here.
What it means
Knowledge and discipline have their place, but love is the shortest road. A mother's simple affection reached what great scholars struggle for. The heart often goes where the head can't.हिंदी में अर्थ
गोपी के पुत्र ये भगवान न तो देह को ही सब मानने वालों को, न आत्मज्ञानी ज्ञानियों को इतनी आसानी से मिलते हैं, जितनी आसानी से यहाँ भक्तों को मिल जाते हैं।
ज्ञान और साधना का अपना स्थान है, पर प्रेम सबसे छोटा रास्ता है। एक माँ के सरल स्नेह ने वह पा लिया जिसके लिए बड़े विद्वान संघर्ष करते हैं। दिल अक्सर वहाँ पहुँचता है जहाँ दिमाग नहीं पहुँचता।
