Srimad Bhagavatam 10.3.27 meaning
martyo mrityuvyalabheetah palayanl lokan sarvan nirbhayam n-adhyagachchat
tvatpadabjam prapya yadrichchay-adya susthah shete mrityur asmad apaiti
A mortal, terrified of the serpent of death, runs through every world and finds no safe place. But having somehow reached your lotus feet, he now rests at ease, and death itself runs away from him.
What it means
Running from fear rarely ends it. Peace comes when we find shelter in something greater than ourselves. Devaki's words speak to anyone who has felt hunted by anxiety and longs to finally rest.
Spoken by Devaki.
