Srimad Bhagavatam 1.9.16 meaning
na hy-asya karhichid rajan puman veda vidhitsitam
yad vijijnasaya yukta muhyanti kavayopi hi
न ह्यस्य कर्हिचिद्राजन्पुमान्वेद विधित्सितम्।
यद्विजिज्ञासया युक्ता मुह्यन्ति कवयोऽपि हि॥
O king, no one ever truly knows what the Lord intends. Even great sages, eager to understand it, are left bewildered.

मृत्युशय्या पर भीष्म दुखी पांडवों को समझाते हैं कि कुछ बातें कभी समझ में नहीं आएँगी। समझ की सीमा स्वीकारना अंतहीन 'मेरे साथ ही क्यों' से राहत देता है।
