Srimad Bhagavatam 1.8.9 meaning
pahi pahi mahayogin devadeva jagatpate
nanyam tvad abhayam pashye yatra mrityuh parasparam
पाहि पाहि महायोगिन्देवदेव जगत्पते।
नान्यं त्वदभयं पश्ये यत्र मृत्युः परस्परम्॥
Save me, save me, great yogi, God of gods, Lord of the universe! I see no one but you who can make me fearless, in this world where everyone is death to everyone else.
What it means
Uttara, pregnant and under attack, cries out with total honesty. In real danger, pretence falls away. It is no weakness to admit you need protection and to call for it with your whole heart.हिंदी में अर्थ
बचाइए, बचाइए, हे महायोगी, देवों के देव, जगत के स्वामी! इस संसार में जहाँ सब एक-दूसरे के लिए मृत्यु हैं, आपके सिवा मुझे कोई निर्भय करने वाला नहीं दिखता।
गर्भवती उत्तरा संकट में पूरी सच्चाई से पुकारती हैं। असली ख़तरे में दिखावा मिट जाता है। सुरक्षा माँगना और पूरे दिल से पुकारना कमज़ोरी नहीं है।
