एतद्ध्यातुरचित्तानां मात्रास्पर्शेच्छया मुहुः।
भवसिन्धुप्लवो दृष्टो हरिचर्यानुवर्णनम्॥
For those whose minds are always anxious with craving for sense pleasures, I have seen that singing about Hari's deeds is a boat to cross the ocean of worldly life.
What it means
When the mind keeps grabbing at the next pleasure, it rarely finds rest. Singing or remembering something sacred gives it a better place to go. Many find music and prayer the gentlest cure for restlessness.हिंदी में अर्थ
जिनका मन विषयों की लालसा से बार-बार व्याकुल रहता है, उनके लिए मैंने देखा है कि हरि की लीलाओं का गान संसार-सागर पार करने की नाव है।
जब मन अगले सुख के पीछे भागता रहता है, तो उसे आराम नहीं मिलता। पवित्र गान या स्मरण उसे बेहतर सहारा देता है। बेचैनी का सबसे कोमल इलाज अक्सर संगीत और प्रार्थना है।
