ahoota iva me sheeghram darshanam yati chetasi
When I sing of his deeds, the Lord, whose feet are holy and whose glories are a joy to hear, appears quickly in my heart, as if he had been called.
What it means
The divine is not far away. Sincere remembrance, in song, word or thought, is like a call that is always answered. Closeness to God begins the moment we turn toward him.
Spoken by Narada.
