Bhagavad Gita 9.27 meaning
yat karoshi yad ashnasi yaj juhoshi dadasi yat
yat tapasyasi kaunteya tat kurushva madarpanam
Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer in worship, whatever you give, whatever discipline you practise, son of Kunti—do it as an offering to me.
What it means
Spirituality isn't only for the temple. Eating, working, giving, even struggling can all become sacred when done as an offering. Turn ordinary moments into acts of love. How it helps in real life
- Every day: Before your first chai, say: today's cooking, commute and calls are my offering. Then do each one with a little more care.
- At work: Stuck on a boring Excel report? Treat it as an offering, make it neat and clean, and stop resenting it halfway through.
Spoken by Krishna.
