In this way you will be freed from the bonds of action and their good and bad results. With your mind set on renunciation and yoga, you will be liberated and come to me.
What it means
When everything is offered up, the pressure of results lifts. You stop being weighed down by success or failure. That lightness is a taste of true freedom. How it helps in real life
- After a setback: Ten investors rejected your startup pitch. You offered your best; release the results, rest tonight, and refine the deck tomorrow.
- When you succeed: Got the big promotion? Thank everyone who helped, offer the win upward, and don't let the new title become your whole identity.
Spoken by Krishna.
