Under my watch, nature gives birth to everything, moving and unmoving. Because of this, son of Kunti, the world keeps turning.
What it means
Behind the endless motion of the world there's a quiet presence overseeing it. Knowing that life isn't random can bring calm when things feel chaotic and confusing. How it helps in real life
- When you are worried: News of floods and markets crashing making you anxious? Pause, remind yourself life isn't random, and focus on what's in your hands today.
- Every day: Start the day feeling the world is chaotic? Step outside, watch the sunrise for two minutes, and notice the quiet order in it.
