Bhagavad Gita 9.9 meaning
na cha mam tani karmani nibadhnanti dhananjaya
udaseenavad aseenam asaktam teshu karmasu
But these actions do not bind me, Arjuna. I remain like someone who stands neutral, unattached to all these deeds.
What it means
Doing a lot doesn't have to mean getting tangled up. Being involved but not clingy—that's the balance. You can care deeply and still not be bound by every outcome. How it helps in real life
- At work: Running five projects and stressed by every outcome? Care deeply about each, give your best, but stop losing sleep over results.
- As a parent: Feeling every school result of your child is your success or failure? Support them fully, but let their results be theirs.
Spoken by Krishna.
