Bhagavad Gita 8.11 meaning

yad aksharam vedavido vadanti vishanti yad yatayo veetaragah yad ichchanto brahmacharyam charanti tat te padam sangrahena pravakshye

I will briefly tell you about that state which knowers of the Vedas call imperishable, which seekers free from attachment enter, and for which people live a life of self-discipline.

What it means
Krishna points to a goal that scholars, monks, and disciplined seekers all aim for. Different paths, one destination. Whatever your way of seeking, the deepest aim is the same lasting peace.

Spoken by Krishna.
