pranavah sarvavedeshu shabdah khe paurusham nrishu
Arjuna, I am the taste in water, the light of the moon and sun, the sacred syllable Om in all the Vedas, the sound in space, and the strength in human beings.
What it means
You do not need to look far to find the sacred. It is in the refreshing taste of water, in sunlight, in sound, in human strength. Ordinary things are quietly divine. How it helps in real life
- Every day: Drink your first glass of water slowly tomorrow morning. Taste it fully and take a moment to feel grateful.
- When you are worried: Feeling weak before a tough negotiation? Remember the strength in you is sacred, stand tall, and walk in with steady breath.
Spoken by Krishna.
