mattah parataram nanyat kinchid asti dhananjaya
mayi sarvam idam protam sootre manigana iva
Arjuna, there is nothing whatsoever higher than me. Everything in existence is strung on me, like pearls on a thread.
What it means
A necklace looks like separate pearls, but an unseen thread holds them together. The divine is that hidden thread running through every life, connecting what looks separate. How it helps in real life
- With family: Your family is scattered across Pune, Dubai and Sydney? Start a weekly video call; the unseen thread still connects you all.
- When you feel alone: Feeling disconnected from everyone around you? Wear or hold a mala tonight, and with each bead, remember one person you love.
Spoken by Krishna.
