Bhagavad Gita · Dhyana Yoga
Bhagavad Gita 6.36 meaning
asanyatatmana yogo dushprapa iti me matih
vashyatmana tu yatata shakyovaptum upayatah
In my view, yoga is hard to reach for someone who has no self-control. But one who masters themselves and keeps striving can attain it by the right means.
What it means
Inner peace is not reserved for the gifted. It is reachable by anyone who keeps trying with the right method. Effort plus a sensible approach beats raw talent. How it helps in real life
- Studies & exams: Think you're 'just not a maths person'? Use a proper method: one topic daily, past papers weekly, and keep at it for three months.
- Health & body: Believe calm people are just born that way? Start a simple practice: five minutes of breathing after lunch, every working day.
