Bhagavad Gita · Dhyana Yoga
Bhagavad Gita 6.3 meaning
arurukshor muner yogam karma karanam uchyate
yogaroodhasya tasy-aiva shamah karanam uchyate
For someone who wants to climb toward yoga, action is said to be the way. For one who has already reached that height, calm stillness is said to be the way.
What it means
Growth has stages. At first, steady effort and honest work shape you. Later, a deep inner calm becomes the path. Do not skip the work to fake the stillness. How it helps in real life
- Studies & exams: Want to jump straight to advanced meditation retreats? First build a steady ten-minute daily habit for three months, then go deeper.
- When you succeed: Hit your career goals and feeling restless? Now is the time to slow down and add quiet reflection, not just more hustle.
Spoken by Krishna.
