What it means
With steady practice, what once felt effortful becomes natural. The joy of inner connection stops being rare and turns into a quiet, ever-present background of your life. How it helps in real life
- Every day: Meditation still feels like a chore after a month? Keep the same time and spot daily; effort slowly turns into something you look forward to.
- Health & body: Struggling to keep up evening walks? Keep going daily for six weeks; soon you'll miss them on days you skip.
