Bhagavad Gita 6.27 meaning
prashantamanasam hy-enam yoginam sukham uttamam
upaiti shantarajasam brahmabhootam akalmasham
Supreme joy comes to the yogi whose mind is at peace, whose restless passions have cooled, who is free of wrongdoing and has become one with Brahman.
What it means
When agitation dies down and your conscience is clear, a deep happiness arrives on its own. You do not chase it; it shows up when the inner storm settles. How it helps in real life
- When you are angry: Still seething after an argument with your landlord? Apologise for your part, let the storm settle, and notice how lighter you feel.
- Big decisions: A hidden lie at work is weighing on you? Come clean with your manager this week; a clear conscience brings its own joy.
Spoken by Krishna.
