Bhagavad Gita 6.15 meaning
yunjann evam sadatmanam yogee niyatamanasah
shantim nirvanaparamam matsanstham adhigachchati
Practising like this constantly, with the mind under control, the yogi reaches the peace that rests in me, the supreme peace of liberation.
What it means
Peace is not a lucky accident; it grows from steady practice. Small, regular moments of stillness add up to a calm that circumstances cannot easily take away. How it helps in real life
- Every day: Waiting for a peaceful day to start meditating? Sit for five minutes at the same time every morning, even on chaotic days.
- When you are worried: Anxiety spikes every Sunday night before the week? Build a small nightly practice of five quiet breaths and a short prayer.
Spoken by Krishna.
