Bhagavad Gita 6.14 meaning
prashantatma vigatabheer brahmacharivrate sthitah
manah sanyamya machchitto yukta aseeta matparah
Calm and fearless, firm in the vow of self-restraint, controlling the mind, thinking of me, the yogi should sit absorbed, holding me as the highest goal.
What it means
Meditation works best when fear and restlessness settle and the heart has something higher to rest on. Give your mind a meaningful centre instead of letting it drift.
Spoken by Krishna.
