Inner peace is not selfish withdrawal. The people who reach it also care deeply about others' wellbeing. Clearing your own mind and serving the world go hand in hand. How it helps in real life
- Helping others: Doing yoga every morning but ignoring your elderly neighbour? After practice, knock on her door and ask if she needs anything.
- Big decisions: Doubts swirling over whether to start a side NGO? Clear the top three questions with someone experienced, then commit to helping.
Spoken by Krishna.
