yontahsukhontararamas tathantarjyotir eva yah
sa yogee brahmanirvanam brahmabhootodhigachchati
One whose happiness is within, whose delight is within, and whose light is within, that yogi becomes one with Brahman and reaches the peace of Brahman.
What it means
When your joy, comfort and guidance come from within, nothing outside can take them away. Build that inner home through quiet reflection and practice; it will hold you steady in any storm.
Spoken by Krishna.
