Though I am unborn and my being never decays, and though I am the Lord of all creatures, I take charge of my own nature and come into the world through my own power.
What it means
Krishna explains that the divine is not trapped by birth the way we are. It chooses to come close to the world out of its own will. The infinite is willing to meet us where we are.
Spoken by Krishna.
