What it means
Giving can take many shapes: sharing money, enduring hardship, practising yoga, or studying deeply. You do not have to copy anyone's way. Offer what you genuinely have, with sincerity and commitment. How it helps in real life
- Helping others: Can't donate much money this year? Offer your time instead, like tutoring a neighbour's child in maths every Sunday.
- With friends: Feeling inferior because your friend does intense fasts? Your path can be different; pick one sincere practice that fits your life.
