Bhagavad Gita 3.43 meaning
evam buddheh param buddhva sanstabhy-atmanam atmana
jahi shatrum mahabaho kamaroopam durasadam
So, knowing the Self to be higher than the intellect, steady yourself with your own inner strength, mighty Arjuna, and conquer this hard-to-defeat enemy called desire.
What it means
You already have what it takes. Anchor yourself in who you truly are, and from there take charge of your cravings. Self-mastery is the victory that makes every other victory possible.
Spoken by Krishna.
