Bhagavad Gita 2.72 meaning

esha brahmee sthitih partha n-ainam prapya vimuhyati sthitvasyam antakalepi brahmanirvanam richchati

This is the divine state, Partha. Having reached it, a person is no longer deluded. Established in it even at the hour of death, one attains the peace of Brahman.

What it means
The chapter ends with hope: this calm, clear way of being is reachable, and once found, it holds even at life's end. It is never too late to start moving towards it.

Spoken by Krishna.
