Bhagavad Gita 2.6 meaning

na ch-aitad vidmah kataran no gareeyo yad va jayema yadi va no jayeyuh yan eva hatva na jijeevishama-stevasthitah pramukhe dhartarashtrah

We do not even know which is better for us, that we win or that they win. The sons of Dhritarashtra stand before us, and if we killed them we would not even want to live.

What it means
This is the voice of total confusion: even winning feels like losing. When every outcome looks empty, it is a sign we need a deeper way of seeing, not just a better plan.

Spoken by Arjuna.
