One whose mind is united with wisdom lets go of both good and bad deeds here in this life. So commit yourself to yoga; yoga is skill in action.
What it means
Yoga means doing things well with a clear, unattached mind. When we work with full attention and no anxious grasping, the work itself becomes a kind of freedom. How it helps in real life
- At work: Rushing a code review to get it off your plate? Slow down, give it full attention, and do it properly the first time.
- Every day: Making chai every morning on autopilot? Tomorrow, do it with full attention, the smell, the boil, and start your day clear.
Spoken by Krishna.
