Bhagavad Gita 2.2 meaning
kutas tva kashmalam idam vishame samupasthitam
anaryajushtam asvargyam akeertikaram arjuna
Krishna said: Arjuna, where has this gloom come from at such a critical hour? It does not suit a noble person. It leads neither to heaven nor to honour, only to disgrace.
What it means
Krishna first names the problem honestly: this sudden despair is not wisdom, it is confusion. When we freeze at the very moment that needs us most, the first step is to see the paralysis for what it is.How it helps in real life
- At work: Big client presentation in an hour and you suddenly want to call in sick. Name it as panic, drink water, and walk in.
- Studies & exams: Two days before boards you freeze and stare at the book. Say aloud, 'This is fear, not reality,' and start one chapter.
Spoken by Krishna.
